I came in Kaylee's room today and noticed that she had put her underwear on wrong after she had gone to the bathroom. I told her they were on backwards, and that we needed to fix it. She told me, very seriously, "No, that is how I like them up there!" So, I pulled it out and fixed it, just to have her put it right back up.

We had a lot of fun this weekend. Aubrey is five weeks old now. She is finally starting to wear some newborn clothes, and still only waking up once in the night. Friday night we had some friends over for dinner, and went swimming. Saturday was our anniversary. Shane and I went out to dinner and for a harley ride. Kaylee had to go for a ride too. Kaylee had fun playing with Aubrey. She is such a good big sister.

What was I Doing 10 years ago....
I was sixteen. I just finished my sophomore year in high school. I was dating Ari Skyhorse (Not the guy you thought mom). Who was moving to Durango Colorado at the end of Summer. I was best friends with Katie Hubbert. I didn't have anything to worry about really, other than making it home before curfew. I remember I would be hauling butt home from Westhaven some nights. That was a fun Summer.
I was getting married to Shane on the 21st. We were getting ready to move to Phoenix Arizona, so Shane could go to motorcycle mechanics school. I got a job as a dental assistant. Shane went to school and worked for Dats Trucking. We moved into what turned out to be the worst apartment. It was constantly having the water turned off from pipes breaking, barely warm water for your shower, and bugs. Need I say more. It was actually a really hard year to be away from all of my friends and family.
We were living in Shane parents basement getting ready to move into our house. Just to move into it and have problem after problem. Shane was working at Timpanogas Harley Davidson, and getting ready to quit and go back to work a K.T. Hardwoods for his parents. Kaylee was 1 1/2. She was just starting to be so fun. She rode the tube behind my parents boat, and was not scared to go pretty fast. Would go down the tunnel slide at the pool, and love it, even though it was pitch black. That was a fun stage with her.
I met my sister in laws at the Children's Garden at Thanksgiving Point. Kaylee had fun playing in the water with her cousins. We came home and played in a little pool with the neighbor. We went for a walk after dinner. All in all it was a fun day.

My kids, snowboarding, reading, water skiing, and wake boarding.

We met my sister in laws at the Children's Garden at Thanksgiving Point. I had never been there before. It was cute. I don't think it is the funnest place to play in the water, but Kaylee still had a lot of fun. I was surprised by how many people were there. It is a really cute place to take your kids to for a few hours. They have a maze and some tunnels the kids can play in. It was fun to watch Kaylee play with her cousins. She had a lot of fun and said she wants to go back again.

It has definantly been a long winter. I am just hoping it continues to stay warm. No more of this hot one day, then cold and snowing the next. We were finally able to use the pool! The water was still freezing, but Kaylee loved it. She is already asking to use it tomarrow.

I just have to say that I have the best baby in the world. Aubrey only woke up once again last night! For only being one month old that is pretty good.Plus she falls right to sleep before I am even done burping her. Lets hope this is a new habit that continues to happen. So here is a picture of her smiling after her 4:00 feeding.

So it was another night of no sleep. Not because of Aubrey no, no she was a champ, only waking up once. Kaylee on the other hand up all night. First she wanted to sleep with us. Then it continued into she was thirsty, sick and needed medicine, hungry, and sick again. She had no fever and was acting fine, other than the not wanting to sleep. So this morning she wakes up at 7:30 whining instead of her usual 9:00. (Yes, I know I am lucky) I at this point am exhausted. So, then Aubrey is awake and wants to eat. All the while I have the whiner wanting to eat also. So I get done with Aubrey and get the whiner the cereal she wants. She barely eats any and says that she is done. Now I am thinking that maybe there really is something wrong with her. So I feel her head again and she is warm. Oh what a shock she has a 102 temperature. This child has pretty much been sick since September. Why not be healthy for more than a few weeks. So I know by now you have to be thinking its Saturday where is Shane? Shane was up late playing with his fishing stuff. Got up at 5:30 to meet his Dad to go fishing all day. So while I am at home dealing with the kids, Shane is fishing. Even when he does get home he will be useless, because he will be so tired from staying up late and getting up early to go fishing.

I met some friends at the Hogle Zoo Friday. Everyone thought I was crazy that I went to the zoo with a one month old. Aubrey was a champ she didn't make a sound the whole time, she just slept in the stroller. It was good for Kaylee to get out and play with some friends that she doesn't get to see very much.

So I was at Becky's house and it was getting late and I wanted to lay Aubrey down. I looked over and saw Paytons play stroller. So this is what she looked like. I thought it was pretty funny. It is so crazy to think that my daughter is small enough to fit in a toy stroller.

So this morning I was trying to get Kaylee to eat breakfast, wich she quickly told me "no thank you mom, I am not hungry." Not normal, but whatever. Then she proceeds to tell me while lifting up her shirt that she has a big belly. So now I am thinking does the child think she is fat and not eating. Becky and Emily were talking about diets last night around her What is going on this morning? Then she quickly tells me that her belly is big enough now that she wants to put Aubrey in it. So, I ask her if she wished Aubrey was still in my belly. She tells me very seriously that my belly is not big enough (making me feel good) and that only she can put Aubrey in her belly. Sometimes I wonder where she comes up with this stuff!
